Welcome to SeeMyShare.com (“SeeMyShare,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SeeMyShare.com provides URL shortening, link sharing, QR code, click tracking, and related link management services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you meet the eligibility requirement;
  2. you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  3. your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
  4. you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable sanctions, export control, or other legal restrictions.

We may refuse access to the Service to anyone at any time.

2. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep that information updated.

You must not:

  1. create accounts using false, misleading, stolen, disposable, or unauthorized information;
  2. sell, transfer, rent, or share your account without our permission;
  3. create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspension, review, enforcement, or abuse detection;
  4. use automated account creation, bots, scripts, or bulk registration tools without written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the account violates these Terms, creates risk to the Service, harms users or third parties, or exposes us to legal, security, operational, reputational, or public safety risks.

3. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to create shortened URLs, share links, generate related link tools, and view limited analytics.

We do not own, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the safety, legality, accuracy, availability, or quality of third-party websites, pages, files, offers, products, services, or content linked through the Service.

A shortened link created through SeeMyShare does not mean that we approve, endorse, sponsor, or verify the destination.

4. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Service only for lawful, safe, honest, and non-abusive purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

  1. the destination URL;
  2. all intermediate redirects;
  3. all landing pages;
  4. all files, scripts, forms, downloads, offers, claims, or content reached through your links;
  5. all campaigns, messages, emails, QR codes, ads, social posts, or other materials where your SeeMyShare links appear.

You must have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to share, advertise, promote, or distribute the linked content.

5. Prohibited Links and Conduct

You must not use the Service to create, host, redirect, distribute, promote, or facilitate any link, content, activity, product, service, or campaign that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

5.1 Phishing, Fraud, and Deception

You must not use the Service for:

  1. phishing, credential harvesting, fake login pages, or account takeover;
  2. impersonation of banks, payment providers, delivery companies, government agencies, employers, schools, platforms, brands, or individuals;
  3. fake invoices, fake refunds, fake prizes, fake job offers, fake customer support, fake security alerts, or fake account verification pages;
  4. financial scams, investment scams, romance scams, crypto scams, recovery scams, tech support scams, gift card scams, or similar schemes;
  5. misleading redirects that hide the true destination, sponsor, operator, purpose, or risk of the link.

5.2 Malware, Exploits, and Technical Abuse

You must not link to or facilitate:

  1. malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, worms, botnets, keyloggers, stealers, loaders, droppers, or harmful code;
  2. drive-by downloads or forced downloads;
  3. exploit kits, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, credential stuffing, or hacking tools used for abuse;
  4. browser notification abuse, deceptive install prompts, unwanted software, or malicious extensions;
  5. command-and-control infrastructure or traffic distribution systems used for malicious activity.

5.3 Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

You must not use the Service for:

  3. evading spam filters, abuse detection systems, platform rules, or anti-fraud systems;
  4. rotating links, disposable domains, or redirect chains intended to bypass enforcement.

5.4 Cloaking, Hidden Destinations, and Review Evasion

You must not use the Service to hide, disguise, rotate, or selectively show link destinations in a way that prevents us, users, security systems, platforms, advertisers, hosting providers, payment processors, or law enforcement from reviewing the true destination or purpose of the link.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. cloaking based on country, region, IP address, ASN, device, browser, language, referrer, cookies, user agent, time, or other signals;
  2. geo-blocking, firewall rules, CDN rules, bot detection, challenge pages, or access controls used to prevent our review;
  3. showing harmless content to reviewers while showing different content to other users;
  4. using multi-step redirects, chained redirects, link rotators, traffic distribution systems, or conditional redirects to conceal the final destination;
  5. changing the destination after approval to a prohibited or higher-risk destination;
  6. requiring special headers, tokens, logins, locations, devices, or network conditions to view the destination;
  7. using URL shorteners, redirectors, or proxy services in sequence to obscure the final target.

If we cannot reasonably access, review, or verify a destination URL or redirect chain, we may suspend, disable, delete, or block the link and associated account without notice.

5.5 Public Safety and Security Risks

You must not use the Service for any link, redirect, content, campaign, or activity that we believe may threaten, endanger, or materially harm public safety, national security, emergency response, critical infrastructure, transportation systems, public health, or the physical safety of any person or group.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. threats of violence or instructions to commit violence;
  2. bomb threats, shooting threats, swatting, hoaxes, or false emergency reports;

  5. sabotage, attacks, or disruption involving infrastructure, schools, hospitals, transportation, utilities, public events, government facilities, or emergency services;
  6. doxxing, stalking, harassment, intimidation, or targeting that may create physical danger;
  7. hidden, cloaked, or restricted-access links that we suspect may be used to evade safety review, law enforcement review, platform moderation, or public safety controls.

We reserve the right to immediately remove, disable, block, or report any link or account that we believe is associated with a public safety risk, even if the risk is suspected rather than confirmed.

5.6 Child Safety

You must not use the Service to create, share, promote, redirect to, or facilitate any content or activity involving child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, coercion, sextortion, or any sexualized content involving minors.

We may immediately remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities or reporting organizations.

5.7 Illegal, Regulated, or Dangerous Goods and Services

You must not use the Service to promote or facilitate illegal or highly restricted goods or services, including but not limited to:

  1. illegal drugs, controlled substances, counterfeit drugs, or unauthorized prescription medication;
  2. firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon components, or prohibited weapons where illegal or unsafe;
  3. counterfeit goods, stolen goods, forged documents, fake IDs, or unauthorized access credentials;
  4. human trafficking, exploitation, prostitution where illegal, or sexual services;
  5. illegal gambling, illegal financial services, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
  6. products, services, or instructions that violate applicable consumer protection, health, safety, import/export, or financial laws.

5.8 Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You must not use the Service to promote or facilitate:

  1. unlawful hate, threats, harassment, intimidation, or abuse;
  2. targeted harassment or coordinated abuse;
  3. non-consensual intimate imagery;
  4. doxxing or publication of private personal information without permission;
  5. content encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or serious physical harm.

5.9 Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Abuse

You must not use the Service to link to or promote content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.

This includes pirated software, cracked software, stolen media, unauthorized streaming, counterfeit goods, fake brand pages, or misleading brand impersonation.

6. Link Review, Monitoring, and Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, scan, review, classify, investigate, or moderate links, accounts, traffic, metadata, analytics, reports, and related activity.

To protect users, the Service, third parties, and the public, we may use automated systems, manual review, third-party security tools, threat intelligence, blocklists, allowlists, abuse reports, platform reports, law enforcement requests, or other signals.

We may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

  1. disabling or deleting a shortened link;
  2. blocking a destination domain, IP address, URL pattern, keyword, campaign, user, email, ASN, country, or account;
  3. placing a link or account under review;
  4. showing an interstitial warning page;
  5. limiting traffic, clicks, analytics, link creation, API access, or account functionality;
  6. suspending or terminating an account;
  7. preserving logs, metadata, destination URLs, screenshots, abuse reports, account information, and related evidence;
  8. reporting suspected illegal, harmful, or dangerous activity to hosting providers, registrars, CDNs, platforms, payment processors, law enforcement, regulators, or safety organizations;
  9. cooperating with valid legal process, emergency requests, or public safety requests.

We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action.

7. Immediate Removal of Illegal, Harmful, Hidden, or Public Safety Links

We strictly prohibit illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, hidden, cloaked, or public-safety-risk links.

Any shortened link that contains, promotes, redirects to, facilitates, or is suspected of facilitating prohibited content or activity may be immediately disabled, deleted, blocked, or reported.

Any account associated with such links may be suspended or terminated without notice.

This applies even if:

  1. the prohibited content appears only after one or more redirects;
  2. the destination changes after the link is created;
  3. the destination is visible only in certain countries, regions, devices, networks, or time periods;
  4. the destination is hidden behind Cloudflare, CDN rules, bot checks, access restrictions, password gates, or similar systems;
  5. we cannot view the destination but have reason to believe the link is unsafe, deceptive, illegal, or designed to evade review.

We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions based on risk, suspicion, user reports, threat intelligence, technical indicators, traffic patterns, or inability to verify the destination.

8. Free Service, Limits, and Anti-Abuse Controls

The Service may include free features. Free access is provided at our discretion and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We may impose limits on:

  1. number of links created;
  2. number of clicks;
  3. API requests;
  4. QR code generation;
  5. analytics access;
  6. custom aliases;
  7. destination changes;
  8. account creation;
  9. countries, regions, networks, or traffic sources;
  10. suspicious or high-risk activity.

We may require verification, email confirmation, CAPTCHA, identity checks, payment verification, manual approval, or other controls before allowing continued use.

We may refuse, limit, or revoke access to users, accounts, links, destinations, campaigns, or traffic sources that we believe present elevated risk.

9. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, create, upload, or link through the Service, subject to these Terms.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, distribute, scan, analyze, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use your links, aliases, metadata, previews, QR codes, analytics, and related content as necessary to:

  1. operate the Service;
  2. provide link shortening and analytics;
  3. prevent abuse;
  4. enforce these Terms;
  5. comply with legal obligations;
  6. protect users, third parties, and the public.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

10. Link Availability and Deletion

We do not guarantee that any shortened link will remain available permanently.

We may disable, delete, modify, redirect, reserve, reclaim, or restrict any shortened link, alias, QR code, account, or related data at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, is inactive, is abusive, conflicts with a trademark or legal claim, or interferes with the Service.

We are not responsible for any loss caused by link removal, suspension, downtime, expiration, deletion, broken destinations, analytics loss, or enforcement action.

11. Analytics and Data Accuracy

The Service may provide click analytics, referrer data, country data, device data, or other metrics.

Analytics are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, filtered, estimated, blocked, deleted, or affected by bots, privacy tools, ad blockers, browser settings, VPNs, proxies, security systems, or technical limitations.

You must not rely on the Service as your sole source of legally, financially, or commercially critical analytics.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information.

By using the Service, you agree that we may collect and process information related to accounts, links, destination URLs, IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, referrers, device information, click events, reports, and security signals as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may preserve and disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to legal process, protect the Service, protect users, or address public safety risks.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, APIs, hosting providers, analytics providers, security tools, payment processors, advertising networks, CDNs, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, policies, availability, accuracy, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, features, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, exploit, or create derivative works based on the Service or its proprietary materials without our written permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose; or
  2. USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeeMyShare, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

22. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
