The existence of a shortened URL, QR code, redirect, preview, or analytics record does not mean that SeeMyShare approves, endorses, sponsors, verifies, or is affiliated with the destination.

You must not hide, disguise, rotate, selectively display, or otherwise manipulate destinations in a manner designed to prevent SeeMyShare, users, security providers, platforms, advertisers, payment processors, hosting providers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities from determining the actual destination or purpose of a link.

- repeatedly changing domains or redirect infrastructure after enforcement action.
Using ordinary security tools to protect a legitimate website is not prohibited.
Using those tools to conceal prohibited content or prevent reasonable compliance review is prohibited.
If we cannot reasonably access, resolve, review, or verify a destination or redirect chain, we may restrict, disable, delete, or block the link and associated account.

For purposes of our enforcement policy, we may treat content as a child-safety risk where a depicted person appears to be under 18 or where age cannot reasonably be established.
We may immediately:
- disable links;

as required or permitted by applicable law.
5.7 Pornography, Sexually Explicit Content, and Adult Sexual Services
SeeMyShare does not permit pornography or sexually explicit adult content.
This prohibition applies even where the content is lawful, consensual, age-restricted, subscription-only, privately hosted, licensed, or permitted by another platform or jurisdiction.

An age-verification system, “18+” warning, membership requirement, subscription, login requirement, or paywall does not make prohibited content permissible on SeeMyShare.
The fact that pornography or sexually explicit content is legal in a particular jurisdiction does not make it permissible on SeeMyShare.
Bona fide medical, clinical, sexual-health, scientific, legal, educational, or news material that is not pornographic and is not primarily intended for sexual arousal may be permitted at our discretion.
This exception does not permit pornography disguised as educational, artistic, documentary, health-related, scientific, or informational material.

We may take enforcement action against an individual link, an account, or other accounts, links, destinations, or activity that we reasonably determine are associated with the same user, operator, campaign, or abuse pattern.
Where a serious violation is identified, we may immediately disable all links associated with the affected account while we review or terminate the account.
Enforcement may apply to existing links even if those links themselves have not yet been individually reviewed.
We are not required to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.
7. Immediate Removal of Prohibited or High-Risk Links
A prohibited or high-risk link may cause harm to users, third parties, service providers, or the reputation, security, and integrity of SeeMyShare immediately upon creation, publication, distribution, or access.
Accordingly, serious violations are not subject to any warning, grace period, cure period, or opportunity to correct the violation before enforcement.
Any link that contains, redirects to, facilitates, promotes, distributes, or is reasonably suspected of facilitating prohibited activity may be immediately:
- disabled;
- blocked;
- deleted;
- restricted;
- placed under review;
- reported.
The associated account may also be immediately suspended or terminated, and other links associated with that account may be disabled without separate prior review.

- the destination is visible only in particular countries;
- the destination is visible only on certain devices;

- we cannot access the final destination but possess reasonable indicators that the link may violate these Terms.
We may make enforcement decisions based on risk signals, threat intelligence, user reports, technical evidence, redirect behavior, traffic patterns, account history, destination reputation, previous violations, inability to verify a destination, or other reasonable indicators.
Removal, suspension, or termination does not require us to establish that the destination or activity violates criminal law.
Content or activity may violate SeeMyShare policy even if it is lawful in one or more jurisdictions.

You must not register aliases intended to impersonate or mislead users about another person, business, service, government entity, organization, or brand.
11. Link Availability and Data Retention
We do not guarantee that a shortened link, QR code, custom alias, account, redirect, or analytics record will remain available permanently.
We may disable, delete, restrict, expire, modify, reclaim, or block links and associated data where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- deleted links;
- expired links;

For serious violations, SeeMyShare may terminate an account immediately without prior notice, warning, grace period, cure period, or opportunity to correct the violation.

We are not required to restore a link or account merely because an appeal was submitted.
For serious or intentional violations, including pornography, sexually explicit content, phishing, malware, child sexual exploitation, fraud, or deliberate review evasion, we may decline reinstatement even if the prohibited link has subsequently been removed or changed.
