SeeMyShare respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how copyright owners, trademark owners, and authorized representatives may report alleged infringement involving SeeMyShare shortened links.
1. Our Role
SeeMyShare is a URL shortening and link sharing service.
We do not host most third-party destination content. A SeeMyShare shortened link may redirect to a third-party website that is owned or controlled by someone else.
We may disable shortened links that are reported to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
2. Copyright Complaints
If you believe a SeeMyShare link redirects to content that infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The SeeMyShare shortened URL.
- The destination URL, if known.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We may remove or disable access to the reported link.
3. Counter-Notices
If your link was disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to:

- Your email address.
- Identification of the disabled SeeMyShare link.
- A statement explaining why you believe the link was disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, if required by law.

We may restore the link if legally appropriate.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly receive valid infringement complaints.
5. Trademark Complaints
If you believe a SeeMyShare link is being used to impersonate your brand, sell counterfeit goods, mislead users, or infringe your trademark, contact:

7. False Claims
