This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. No Endorsement of Third-Party Links

A SeeMyShare shortened link, QR code, or redirect may lead to a third-party website, page, file, application, product, service, offer, advertisement, or platform.

SeeMyShare does not own, control, operate, endorse, sponsor, approve, certify, verify, or guarantee third-party destinations or content merely because they are accessible through a SeeMyShare link.

The existence of a SeeMyShare shortened URL or QR code does not mean that:

• the destination has been reviewed or approved by SeeMyShare;
• the destination is safe;
• the destination is lawful;
• the destination is accurate or trustworthy;
• the destination is free from malware, fraud, phishing, pornography, or other prohibited content;
• SeeMyShare has any commercial, legal, or other relationship with the destination operator.

Users should independently evaluate third-party destinations before interacting with them.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the links, destinations, campaigns, redirects, QR codes, and content they create, manage, or distribute through the Service.

Users must ensure that their use of SeeMyShare complies with our Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

SeeMyShare prohibits the use of the Service for certain content and activities, including pornography and sexually explicit content, phishing, fraud, scams, malware, child sexual exploitation, malicious impersonation, spam, deliberate cloaking, review evasion, and other prohibited or harmful activities described in our Terms of Service.

A destination does not become permissible merely because it is legal, consensual, age-restricted, subscription-based, privately hosted, or permitted by another platform or jurisdiction.

3. Risks of Clicking Shortened Links

Shortened URLs can conceal the appearance of their final destination.

You should exercise appropriate caution before clicking shortened links, particularly links received from unknown or untrusted sources.

Before entering or submitting sensitive information, you should independently verify the destination.

Sensitive information may include:

• passwords;
• usernames;
• payment-card information;
• bank information;
• identity documents;
• verification codes;
• cryptocurrency wallet credentials;
• private keys or recovery phrases;
• personal information;
• other confidential or security-sensitive information.

If a destination appears suspicious, misleading, unexpected, or inconsistent with what you were told to expect, you should leave the destination and avoid providing information or downloading files.

4. No Guarantee of Link Safety

However, no abuse-detection system can identify every unsafe or prohibited link immediately.

• every malware destination will be blocked;
• every pornographic or sexually explicit destination will be identified immediately;
• every prohibited redirect will be detected;
• every destination will remain unchanged after a link is created;
• every user will comply with our Terms of Service.

A link that has not yet been blocked or removed should not be interpreted as approved, verified, endorsed, or safe.

5. Prohibited Content and Immediate Enforcement

SeeMyShare actively protects the security, integrity, and reputation of its domains and services.

Links involving serious violations may be disabled immediately.

Serious violations include, without limitation:

• pornography or sexually explicit content;
• child sexual exploitation;
• phishing;
• fraud or scams;
• credential theft;
• malware or malicious software;
• malicious impersonation;
• deliberate cloaking;
• review evasion;
• malicious redirects;
• serious public-safety threats;
• attempts to circumvent previous enforcement.

Because a prohibited link may cause harm or damage immediately after it is created or distributed, serious violations are not subject to a warning, grace period, cure period, or guaranteed opportunity to correct the violation before enforcement.

A single serious violation may result in:

• immediate link removal or blocking;
• suspension or termination of the associated account;
• disabling other links associated with the account;
• blocking associated destinations;
• restricting re-registration;
• preservation of relevant records for security, abuse prevention, enforcement, or legal compliance;
• reporting to appropriate third parties or authorities where required or appropriate.

SeeMyShare is not required to establish that content is criminal or unlawful before enforcing its own platform rules.

Content may be prohibited by SeeMyShare even where it is lawful in a particular jurisdiction.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that:

• shortened links will always remain available;
• QR codes will always function;
• custom aliases will remain available permanently;
• redirects will always succeed;
• destination websites will remain online;
• analytics will always be available;
• the Service will operate without interruption;
• data will never be lost;
• third-party infrastructure will always remain available;
• links or accounts will not be restricted or removed when enforcement is necessary.

Links, accounts, features, or services may be suspended, restricted, modified, removed, or discontinued as described in our Terms of Service.

Users should maintain their own records of important destination URLs and business information.

7. Analytics Disclaimer

Click analytics and related statistics are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

Analytics may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, filtered, estimated, duplicated, or affected by factors including:

• automated bots;
• crawlers;
• security scanners;
• VPNs;
• proxies;
• privacy-protection technologies;
• browser settings;
• ad blockers;
• network conditions;
• caching;
• security systems;
• technical limitations.

SeeMyShare does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analytics.

You should not rely on SeeMyShare analytics as your sole source for legally, financially, medically, commercially, or operationally important decisions.

8. Security Disclaimer
